Studying Abroad: The right way to do it

Variety it is said is the spice of life and diversity further adds value to the experience. The world is a big place with both variety and diversity but no longer a strange place .If you want to experience the world as your classroom, and then Study Abroad Programs are what you should consider.
Apart from pursuing the course of your choice, through these programs you get to know a part of the world different from yours in culture, beliefs, educational and reward system, climate, food and topology.
Traveling to a foreign land and living by yourself makes you more confident and self-reliant thereby broadening your perspective .You step out of your comfort zone learning and doing things you never thought of.
It sounds exciting but getting admission into a renowned university abroad is not a cake walk. Although not comprehensively defined but few steps to be followed before taking admission in a foreign university are as:

  • Choosing the right university for the right program.
  • Getting through the entrance exams
  • Tuition fees and scholarship
  • Obtaining students visa
  • Medical clearance

Not many universities in India provide advanced level science research facilities or opportunities for arts, architecture or the social sciences. Sadly, a lot of focus is on Engineering and Medicine courses only and very few of them are accredited and recognized on the International academic program parameters. For students interested in specialization in the field of wildlife photography , fashion designing , advanced researches , social sciences and humanities , universities of the USA , Europe and Australia have a much professional and favorable approach.

It is unfortunate that the lot of students today are opting for Study Abroad Programs because of insufficiency of courses or incompetence of available courses in India today. Hopefully there would be changes to India's education system in due course of time and students from other countries will come here to pursue their advanced studies and research.
